Get Rid of Stress by Doing These Moves

HOWTOMOTIF  - Having a long journey either drive alone or using public transportation is very susceptible to stress, and it may be getting worst if you are driving for a long time.

Concentration and anxiousness while riding will be one of the main factor of causing stress. There are many scientists analogically said that having stress after riding or driving is as dangerous as using mobile phone while riding or driving.

The tendency levels of stress can be avoided by doing some simple steps, one of them is doing yoga move. Yoga is believed in competence of recovering mental condition in some cases.

These several yoga moves may help you in getting rid of tired and distress while driving or riding for long time:

1. Breath deeply and regularly
Having regular breath can help you in relaxing your mind and body so you won’t easily get stress while driving and even if you have a traffic jam. Take a long deep breath slowly through your nose and take the air out of your mouth.

2. Soften you neck
Neck is one of our body parts which easily gets tired, strained, stiff, or feels heavy. By slowly, move your head around and circling right to left and the opposite. Do that thing repeatedly if you feel stiff or tired on your neck.

3. Make enjoy position for your back
Take a deep breath slowly and pull your body forward and backward sufficiently. Then, turn around your body left to the right and the opposite. Make sure the position of your back is not too bending down or too stacked. This is an effective way to remove tiredness from your body.

4. Stretch your muscles
While riding, make sure both of your hands and legs become ones of the body part that move more often than the others. Those body parts’ reflects usually make us stiff. Don’t forget to stop aside and take a break. You may do some muscle stretching of your hands and legs if you want. Remember that your physical and mental conditions are the main factors for having a safe journey. Have a good time in taking a break and if you feel exhausted. Happy trying and keep safe on the road.
